I love my brother with all my heart and I miss him so much, and he was only my brother. I think the investigator's believe that Brandon Hargrove initiated a fight and Tony Wallen jumped in knocking Jarret out then they both threw him into the lake knowingly killing him. They believe that Dayna Hargrove and Courtney Manzer placed Jarret's shoe and jacket in an attempt to throw off the investigation. I think they had Brandon caught in numerous lies and it is unfortunate he did not participate in the Grand Jury.

The only crime I have ever committed was a speeding ticket at 18. So please do not refer to me as a "criminal minded" person.

They caught more than just my brother in a lie. Even caught people in lies that have been fortunate somehow to keep their names out of all of this. Why everyone seems to forget there were more than 5 people there that night blows my mind. No I'm not pointing fingers by any means I am just tired of everyone thinking there were only 5 people there that night.

I have no reason to protect anyone and it's a shame you fill that way. I'm not a drug abuser or user, I don't go around hurting people for my own pleaures and even after how badly slandered my name has been and how bad I have been talked about I still have never said anything even remotely negative about anyone that had been attacking me. I have always tried to understand. So the least you can do is look up my record, go to my highschool, college, etc. Whatever it takes and learn SOMETHING at all about me before you call me a criminal.

I will not direct my commets directly to anyone because the last thing anyone needs is someone else to argue with or another reason to get angry. Like I said before, do whatever it takes to find peace in your hearts. I will contiue to answer and questions I can when investigators ask me and I will contiue to show my full cooperation.

Thank you, "Mrs.Smith" for your thoughts and comments. Forgivness is not an easy thing, when there is no justice, when there is no closure. When someone (Dayna) is so stupid to get on here and act like she knows nothing about what happened that night, I find that I can no longer keep my thoughts and feelings to myself. Yes, there is anger, but far more than that, is the absolute numbing pain of never seeing my nephew live and enjoy his life. Every day that goes by, is another day with unanswered questions. I didn't mention anything about karma. I know God will take care of those responsible. As far as forgivness goes, they better start praying for forgivness. Part of that forgivness is to tell the truth. That is something Jarret's family and friends are still waiting to hear.

Dayna, your brother Brandon will forever be remembered only as the kid who murdered Jarret Clark. You and your b/f (at the time) Tony Wallen and Brandon's g/f (at the time) Courtney Manzer will always be known as the ones associated and helped Brandon that night at Wahoo Bay. The majority of people in BA and the surrounding area know you guys are guilty. The only reason you guys weren't found guilty is due to Jarret's body being in the lake for 5 days; destroying any evidence. Jarret probably had Brandon's DNA under his fingernails but the lake water destroyed everything. 5 days Dayna; that family searched for their son; their only child - not knowing if he was alive or dead. You guys try to claim accident? If it were an accident why didn't you call 911 - or his parents if you 'thought' Jarret was in trouble? Your brother isn't missed as much as you would like. Most everyone from BAHS is glad Brandon Hargrove finally got what he deserved for murdering Jarret Clark.
