This guy is bully, plain and simple.. I'm sure it wasn't his first offensive of assualt and hopefully he has a record with previous assualts that will show what a threat to society he has been all along! I mean, what, you couldn't just go put the windows up in the car?! You had to be a tough guy?! What a fool...
