Come on dumbazzes. I told you Alan Stein does a half azz job on reporting the news. Was it not on the sites about Bickerton and Azul into stolen or shall we say hot tv's? This is why Tony is retiring. He has his 30 years in and wants his pension before he is found GUILTY and a convicted CRIMINAL just like a few of his other co-workers are. OHHHHHHH poor Azul don't have the years in. RUMOR has it THE FEDS ARE PROSECUTING THIS ONE. Now the TM and the Acting police chief are playing DUMB as to why the retirement. Too bad they don't academy awards for those two positons they would both get the awards TM and acting like a chief Murphy. RUN FOREST RUN. Unprofessional? Think about it. There aren't many professional members of the SPD/BOS or TM that are professional. It's called play dumb and act stupid. JAIL TIME? or will this just be ne more case of slap on the wrist, community service which is NEVER even served, and probation. NICE.

Look another site for the WTP and SPD/TM/and BOS to get their info. They love these sites and still hide in shame and ignore the FACTS and PROBLEMS. There is only so much carpet to sweep the dirt under.

I don't know if Bickerton or Azul did what was posted here or not. Would not surprise me if it's true but until charges are brought against them they remain innocent - at least for now. But there are many other reasons why both should resign from any public office or position they might have in Stoughton
Azul should be removed because he is a racist - I was present one time when he told a Black parent "You people are always causing trouble" I couldn't believe my ears when he said it as he tried to enter their house with out a warrant. He did stop once he realized he had no right to enter the house but that was only after he had one foot in the front door and the parent basically told him to " get the hell out of my house" Based on this encounter it tells me he is basically a stupid person and obviously not fit for police duty.
Bickerton on the other hand should resign from the School Committee as he has nothing to add or bring to the table to help the kids of Stoughton, and is only serving because of his own personal agenda. All he has managed to do is get the STOYAC $5,000 fee eliminated for a group in which he is the President.
I do agree though that the fee should not have been in place to begin with as it represented basically a double tax for the residents of the town, but Bickerton should not have been the one to bring this up and the School Committee should have had the guts to tell him directly that it was a conflict of interest for him to do so.
I will give him credit though for the CORI stuff as it makes sense that it should be tied into the rest of the country database. This was a no brainer though which is why he brought it up.
Bickerton has gone on WAY too long assuming he is more important then what he actually is, with John K gone (watch out for him trying to become the new TM - bad for the town) who pushed Bickerton to run for the school committee in the first place, now Bickerton has no one to guide him by telling him what to say and do on the School Committee and he is taking up a seat that should go to a more qualified person - with less than 8% of the town voting for him he mistakenly thinks he is popular with the voters , he's not as there is even a private watch dog group in place that is following his School Committee career to ensure none of antics cause the school harm.
Now that Sarno has finally been put out to pasture the BS boys are broken up and the only thing Bickerton does now is tell Mills how to vote, while trying to get Milgoom to finally make up his mind about something.
Bad things happen to bad people and I think the entire town has known that at some point Bickerton would cause his own downfall.
Again I don't know if he did something wrong or illegal which caused him to resign or not, and he is innocent of any wrong doing right now, but just the fact that he has resigned should be cause enough for the town to hold a celebration party.
He should continue to provide people in the town with even further reasons to celebrate by resigning from the School Committee and STOYAC, Monday morning.
Please, please. please Tony do this for the Town - you might not be aware of it but basically know one wants you involved in anything - why because most people who get to know just don't like you.
Suggest Retirement to Florida as know one will know you there and you and your wife can start over. I would even be willing to donate money to help with your move.

So, now the question is where are the Bickertons going to get the MONEY to live on UNTIL and IF his pension goes through? We all know they have NO MONEY or they wouldn't be stealing from anyone and everyone. We also all know that you don't begin collecting a pension is a few days. SO, if he begins collecting REAL SOON, that would TELL us that one of two things: 1. Either he was advised to resign and the paper work will be pushed through. or 2. He had put in for retirement months ago. COMMON SENSE would tell us number two is not the answer. NOTHING is SACRED at THE DIRTY SPD so it would have spread like wildfire if he put his retirement papers in prior to the quick and silent resignation last week. Lets see what's left there now. Well said financial, you are right about it all. Now though, can someone PLEASE expand on the details of the current scandal? What we have heard is stolen tv's maybe being sold out of the Portuguese club. Where did they come from? What else is going on as far as other criminal activity? For him to abruptly resign states the obvious that it must be very incriminating. Someone knows details, we are waiting to hear. Thank you kindly.

C'mon, give Stein a break. He can't possibly publish rumors and innuendo until they can be substantiated by the facts. Fact: Bickerton retired without notice or stated reason. If and when he and crew are indicted, Stein will be all over it. That's pretty much how it went with Rosie.

This is very true. Everyone needs to have patience until all the facts come out. Stein has to rely on facts GIVEN to him, and they AREN'T being released yet. If and when they are, we will all know. Everyone, including me, wants it to all come out. IT WILL! It will be printed!!

I will pledge $500,000 if it means the Bickertons will move from town before the end of the month. Tired of the way Bickerton conducts himself like God around town, tired of the way he runs STOYAC (Feds should look into that group for sure), tired of him being on the School committee, just plain tired of how he has dragged down this town for so long.

I get the feeling that a new day has dawned for Stoughton, one that is open, free of the hate him and his group bring to the town.
