Tom Mills of Jennings - SEX OFFENDER

Tom Mills in Jennnings owner of Hwy 99 auction is a nonregistered sex offender, He got a 5 year suspended sentence for raping his own blood daughter from age 5 until 14 years old. He is still very much a threat and should definitely be on the registered list. His daughter was not the only time he ever molested. He is a sick puppy!!!

I hear he is now married to a 25 year old girl from Drumright, he himself is nearing 60. Her name is Melissa Matherly.

What THEY ought to do and what will be done are two completely diffrent subjects. The pedophiles in this world ought to be given the Iranian treatment. Saw it few years ago.
They took a convicted child/boy rapist/drunk and tied his hands behind his back. Put a hangmans noose around his neck. The noose was attached to a wooden lift, which was then tightened to the point of forcing the skuzbucket to stand on his tiptoes. His clothes were then cut off him, at which point the knife was given to a young man who had been raped by the skuzbucket. The young man proceded to castrate with extreme prejodice, the skuzbucket. After a few minutes of watching skuzbucket hop around while screaming and bleeding all over the place, the young man raised the lift a few inches. The screaming stopped but, the jerking and flopping around lasted a long time. While skuz was doing his farewell tango, everyone was clapping and chanting a bunch of islam stuff. The locals almost demanded for us to join in on the clapping and the chanting. It was pretty wild, to say the least. Finally skuzbucket quit kicking and just kind of hung there. Everyone really started cheering and hollering. They finally calmed down. The locals left skuzbucket hanging there a long time, did not want to get too close.
That is what they did to a child-rapist in Iran. It sure will not happen here. The pervert has rights. Why he is a victim himself. He needs compassion. He needs understanding. He needs help with his problems why, after all, these problems are really our problems. It is our fault that these terrible things happened to him, why society let him down years ago when bad things were done to him. It is our job to council him and to educate him as to what is proper and just in our modern society........Am I right or wrong?

Bad part about it is, the density is only showing the registered ones. This guy is not registered and lives in Drumright and Jennings, OK.

If the county or state will not make him register, we can atleast get the word out on sites like this.

My goodness, I know of this man. Is there some written proof to these alligations? This would be a horrible joke to spread around. Is there an article to be read? I am so shocked at this.
