I feel this is an injustice. If the paperwork on this student/player didn't get processed, then who was the one responsible for not doing their job to make sure everything was done before he played. Was this one of the coaches or some secretary? For this one incident the stduent/football player should NOT be held ineligible.

However, it is the coaching staff's responsibility to ensure that every player who suits up is eligible. The coaches know that if an ineligible player plays the whole team loses. I think--given what has happened in Jenks and BTW--some coaches desire to win overrides their sense of fair play. Playing ineligible players actually cheats the other team.

If the coach didnt process the proper paperwork, why are the punishing the kids? And why are people so concerned about this, that they are sending anonymous letters to the coaches? Why can't they sign the letter? They don't sign there name because they don't want to own up to the fact the are a grown adult tattling a young highschool kid. So, now this kid has to go to school, with all the disappointed, upset seniors and deal with being the kid that cost the team the playoffs. And All because some paper work wasn't filed correctly! This kid could get harrassed or outcasted all because of a letter someone wrote, and they didn't even have the decency to sign it!

Hello! Acadmia does come first with the player! He makes straight A's!!! I think it is sad that this kid has to pay for what the coach didn't do. You know the senior players are going to take it out on him. This whole situation is just wrong! And as for the person from Sapulpa that wrote the anonymous letter...Karma is a #*&@%!!!

The kid lives well within the Sapulpa boundaries. The reason he is going to SS is because Sapulpa kicked him out or they really hard on him something like that. He is a complete Thug just like his older brother.

And you judge him by what,,, it is obvious that he is doing better in sandsprings, maybe it is just the sapulpa school system that failed this boy,,,, and he is better off at sandsprings........if that be the case....
