I know everyone on my kids myspace. Her parents should have taken control and known who was on her myspace and who she was talking to. My kids aren't allowed to even have one without both me & my husband knowing the password.

Well I apologize, your right I don't know the situation. I think the parents should take some kind of responsibility for what happened. They aren't even trying to get the person who bought THEM yes them alcohol. It's terrible I know where my kids are at all times. It's just hard when you know that this person just doesn't seem capable of doing something like this. Yes he has so many problems but he's always never been an aggressive person. It could have happened to with anyone if she was so easily going to meet him. On the news it said that she met him at a park with her friend but said nothing about what happened to that friend. I'm sorry but I think she new they were going to go somewhere and party. No definitely means no and if this really happened to this girl then I am so sorry. He's my nephew what can I say? I have to pray for him. I've prayed for him ever since he was a little boy. He's always been such a shy person. It's so hard to believe. I just think that things got way out of hand. You can't just say that this girl was totally innocent if she's going to go somewhere and party with someone she hardly knows and you know she had to flirt with him a lot for him to even like her. He's not a predator okay? Predators are in their 40's or something. He's someone that got to talking to a girl online and it got out of hand without him even thinking. Without both of them thinking!!! She's nearly a women!! Not that its any kind of an excuse but come on! I'm not taking sides, if it was my daughter I would blow up too. But I'm in a very bad predicament here when it's my nephew. All I can do is pray for the whole situation. I don't even talk to his parents they make me sick, so it's nothing like that, it's just I know deep down he's a good person. I agree, my son doesn't have a myspace but he is on facebook and has only friends he attends school with and fam members. He isn't allowed to chat in rooms of games unless it is about the games. We are always over his shoulder and check his history constantly.

you're right....she is under age and cannot really agree to it by law but yeah right...people are having sex at a young age all over the palce...some with older men/women and some with younger. It's been an issue for years and being a young adult i hear of it all the time.

About this 15 yr old girl it was a lie she wasn't at all raped she was but she wasn't it would be called satuary raped but she said that she was actually raped against force but that wasn't true cause when she came back she told her best friend everything that happened , and how she did it with him, and stuff... But in the long run since hes older then her its called satuary rape cause shes not 16 which is bullcrap because she set her self up for sex, which too me she wanted it just as bad as he did...So shes aliar and needs to quit being stupid and making stupid mistakes.
