Judged: 1 1 1 In any endeavor other than politics she would be considered a common criminal. So do not expect to see too many more illegal invaders kicked out. Four out of about 15,000 is not even worth talking about. Boxer's ongoing large scale crime is worth talking about. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Why are right-wing bloggers so personally insulting, as if that is an acceptable form of public discourse. Is it a way to mask that you cannot rebut my point with logical argument? I will start by asking you to support your statistics with sources. |

You really should be in school somewhere studying English instead of typing gibberish on this forum. How long these people managed to evade the immigration authorities does not matter. When fugitives from justice get caught, they don't get to go free because they avoided capture for years. They broke the law, so they have to take the consequences of their actions. |

Clearly, metaphor is wasted on you. You started with your unsupported dribble about illegals being a benefit. So, how about you put up or shut up. I can easily substantiate everything I put in my post. But first, let's see your stats and evidence. Only the petty and weak debaters expect the rebuttal (which mine is) to put up stats and evidence first. Sorry, but in a debate, you are the moving party asserting they are a benefit and doing so in the absence of any stats or evidence. Jrdn wrote: <quoted text> I'm going to stop you right here and ask that you please remove your foot from your mouth and focus your attention on rubbing more than two neurons together. First, LESS THAN 2% of illegals are working agriculture. This means that over 98% are taking jobs otherwise taken by lower and middleclass Americans who btw, contribute the lion's share of State/Federal taxes used to build infrastructure and more. Second, MOST of the income made by illegals is NEVER put back into our economy as a net contribution. Third, you are completely negating and denying ALL OF THE FRONT & BACKEND COSTS to agriculture. Americans heavily and annually subsidize agriprocessors. We also pay for all of the backend costs in medical, WIC, welfare and other services that those working agriculture as well as other indutry and jobs are consuming. Fourth, you need to read more and get that Americans are paying far more for illegals than illegals could ever contribute. Case in point: ONE CHILD of an illegal placed in any K-12 school in America costs nearly $98,000 for a K-12 education. Now, you tell me how the frock millions of illiterate, uneducated peasants working minimum wage jobs ever contribute in 13 years nearly $100K in taxes. And btw, the majority of illegals here have more than one child so you do the fricken math. |
|
Gee, do I have to __S P E L L__ it out for you too. I am giving you information and it is your failure to connect the dots of information that you do receive. Have you not been listening to the news about the job shortage and crushing blows to industries like construction, hospitality, etc. Are these not the jobs illegals are taking? And, if they are taking these jobs while Obama is doing nothing to deport them, are they not delivering a crushing blow to workingclass Americans in these impacted industries? Are we not paying huge annual subsisdies to farms/agriprocessors across the US? Are we also not paying for the medical, dental, education, infrastructure, fire, police, welfare and more for illegal aliens? If you, who appears to consider themself educated, are unwilling or unable to connect the dots and see the larger picture, that is unfortunate. I, however, do not have such difficulty. Now, if you need for me to give you stats on all of the above, fine. I'm sure you will be more than accomodating in first providing your own for this lame and ill-conceived notion that illegal aliens are a benefit to Americans. Jrdn wrote: <quoted text> God, you're so stupid with your myopic perspective. Illegals are CRUSHING middleclass Americans who once supported their families via work in construction, food service, hospitality and more. Or are you one of those bleeding heart liberals who doesn't give a rat's **** about workingclass Americans and their need to support their families and not be undermined by scabbing illegals? |
|
Thank you, and I concur. I guess this yokle thinks he can make an unsubstantiated assertion that illegals are a benefit to Americans and rightfully expect any rebuttal to come replete with stats/info. Unlike him, I can back up what I'm saying with hard evidence. Judged: 1 1 And Americans are supposed to WANT people like you in our country. Jeezus, no! In one sentence you want to murder INS agents, and in another you want everyone to love illegals. DUH! Go do your sick, warped kumbayah thing in your own country and take your children with you. If you're an illegal, you're a lawbreaker and don't deserve to be here, no matter how hard you work. Prisoners work hard, too, but they're still behind bars. Illegal Immigration is a Crime Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States who: Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact; has committed a federal crime. Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense. "Illegal aliens are subject to removal (deportation) on grounds of inadmissibility or grounds of removability/deportability. " "If the foreign national was not "admitted” to the United States (illegal entry), he or she will be charged as inadmissible pursuant to section 212 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA)." "The immigration term “inadmissibility” means that a foreign national is ineligible to receive a U.S. visa and to be admitted to the United States." "Inadmissibility grounds include all criminal offenses, health-related issues or communicable diseases; illegal entry and immigration violations; documentation fraud; and previous removal from the U.S." "Grounds of deportability include being inadmissible at the time of entry or adjustment of status (including illegal entry); violation of non-immigrant status; marriage fraud; falsification of documents; false claim to U.S. citizenship; termination of conditional permanent residence; and unlawful voting." "The grounds of deportability apply to all foreign nationals who are physically present in the United States in violation of the law." That means you, even if you've been hiding in the USA for 20 years. |
