Novato parents deported, leaving two behind

its very sad for the whole country that people like them who work for past 17 years has to be deported,why do the immigration dept have some brain or not i think the dump people are working in that department who just want the illegal immegrants to throw out .i think whole department should be shoot and killed instintly so their family will know how to live without family. ita not good we kick themm out of the countery.god has create the world and it shgould be peacefull and love each other.why do we have a church.to me all who work against illegal imigrants they should send to church and teach them how to love othedr people.

It is worth knowing, dear liberals of Marin, that your dumb ass local Senator Boxer is heavily subsidised by such campaign contributors as La Raza and an illegal immigrant lawyers collective, to name just a couple. She is bought and paid for, and she is shrewd enough to deliver pay back to her patrons.
In any endeavor other than politics she would be considered a common criminal.
So do not expect to see too many more illegal invaders kicked out. Four out of about 15,000 is not even worth talking about. Boxer's ongoing large scale crime is worth talking about.

You really should be in school somewhere studying English instead of typing gibberish on this forum.

How long these people managed to evade the immigration authorities does not matter. When fugitives from justice get caught, they don't get to go free because they avoided capture for years. They broke the law, so they have to take the consequences of their actions.

Gee, do I have to __S P E L L__ it out for you too. I am giving you information and it is your failure to connect the dots of information that you do receive. Have you not been listening to the news about the job shortage and crushing blows to industries like construction, hospitality, etc. Are these not the jobs illegals are taking? Illegal Immigration is a Crime

Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States who:

Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or

Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or

Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact;
has committed a federal crime.

Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense.

"Illegal aliens are subject to removal (deportation) on grounds of inadmissibility or grounds of removability/deportability. "

"If the foreign national was not "admitted” to the United States (illegal entry), he or she will be charged as inadmissible pursuant to section 212 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA)."

"The immigration term “inadmissibility” means that a foreign national is ineligible to receive a U.S. visa and to be admitted to the United States."

"Inadmissibility grounds include all criminal offenses, health-related issues or communicable diseases; illegal entry and immigration violations; documentation fraud; and previous removal from the U.S."

"Grounds of deportability include being inadmissible at the time of entry or adjustment of status (including illegal entry); violation of non-immigrant status; marriage fraud; falsification of documents; false claim to U.S. citizenship; termination of conditional permanent residence; and unlawful voting."

"The grounds of deportability apply to all foreign nationals who are physically present in the United States in violation of the law."

That means you, even if you've been hiding in the USA for 20 years.
