I had shaw high speed cable internet service installed last month and the day it was installed there was a speed issue that they did not correct.
So I had a service call and they said it was not my equipment and they had no clear explanation and said it would be fixed in 48 hours. It's been a month now and some days I get 600 kb download on a 15 meg subscription. I've called again and they start at the beggining (asking my name!) oh gee. Then they dont know what happened on the last service call so they want another. It's 72 hours since my last call to them and I am still under 1 meg and no mention of when they will fix it. Bells Free Wireless Modem Promotion ends in July , I wonder if they fix it before then? John St. |
