Given all the push for "Green" energy, its a shame that more of the small dams in Wisconsin aren't used to generate electricity as many were prior to WWII. It should have the same priority as other green energy sources such as wind and solar.

Great! Hopefully as more of the dams are removed we'll start using the land more wisely since we'll have to be contending with the normal rise and fall of the water. There won't be the huge(!) ponding of water still standing in our fields and subdivisions.
