In a Judgement filed in Austin, Texas on March 23, 2007, Local Bridgewater resident Terri Allen was ordered to repay more than $118,000 to the trust of her Mentally and Phisically Handicapped brother. Mrs. Allen admitted in court to using the money to make renovations to her home and to numerous other expendatures that were not within the guidelines of the Trust. The Trust, originally set up by Mrs. Allens mother, named Mrs Terri Aviles (now Allen) as the Trustee and was to be used for the future special needs of Mrs. Allens Brother.
