For some reason the OR online story would not download; therefore, I am only able to comment on the brief statement.
Adults ought to be held accountable and responsible. They weld power and authority over children and this girl is still a child. There is no excuse, ever, for an adult to usurp their authority over a child in order to abuse the child in any way, shape, or form.
