We had a terrible dinner in the Seaford,De location everything was either not cooked right or burnt. We complained and the asst. mang. came out and said he knows the food was bad but hoped we would come back and try it again. After that we contacted them on line and was told we would be contacted within 72 hours, that was about a week and a half ago. I have NOT heard anything!!! This place does not care about people just your money!!!! Give them a message by NOT supporting them!

We've had dinner there three times, and each time it was great. Good food and good service. Everyone has a bad day from time to time, give them another chance.

I wouldn't mind that but when they lie to you thats not right and just shows they are not out for the service. Our friends steak was way over cooked and she sent it back and it was about 20-25 mins getting it back. The waitress was peeking around the corner not wanting to come back to our table(we never said anything wrong to her) because she knew it was that bad. Its a real shame we finally get a steakhouse and they are just out for the money and the heck with the customer.

My daughter was a employee at Texas Roadhouse and the managers that they have there have no proper training in how to speak to there Employees.I wistnessed one such manager degrade and use foul language to my daughter for a order not being right.All of this in front of a room full of customers.My daughter also was subject to physical grabbing of the arm.I will tell you this one hand on me and you would be hit back so I could protect myself and charges would be filed.Shame on you all for treating these young kids with being a bully if it was a grown adult you would not usee that type of intimidation.Send them back to managers school.And keep in mind the same signature signs your pay check as well as your employees and you to can be replaced.
And your food is always burnt!! |

I went to texas roadhouse when it first opened and they were so disorganized it was crazy.... i asked our hostess to take the peanuts away from the table ( my son has a peanut allergy) she took them away and they proceeded to give my son a peanut when i turned to put his brother in a booster seat. When i saw him holding it i contacted the manager immediatly and told them i had asked her to take it away because his allergy..... needless to say we got our entire meal on the house and as for my son thank god he didn't put it in his mouth ... my fiance took him to the bathroom and washed his hands as soon as i took it from him.

We had a great meal and wonderful service this week. First time I ate there. I wish there was one in Georgetown! Keep up the good work and be nice to your employees and we'll be back

They have the best ribs around. We always get great service.

They give you a choice Med-rare-well..ect Maybe they could let the cook in on this? I didn't see shoe leather on there!

We eat at the Seaford store at least once a week for the last year. We have only had a few minor problems. But overall, it is the best place to eat in Sussex County. Keep up the good work Jeff, Marla, Ashley, Erika, Nicole, Ebony, Brandon, and all the other staff members that make this store great!!!

Really ..what parent knowingly takes their child with a peanut allergy to a Texas Roadhouse?The sign says "peanut dust everywhere" before you enter the door. peanuts in barrels and every table..Luckily the child did not need an ambulance!

I have been in there several times and I have never seen this sign. I guess if you were to have allergic to tomatoes or onions then they can not go to any fast food place? Get a fucking life here! I don't really care much for the Taxas Road House and I see the ones that either own or work there come on here and boost it up. I would have sued the hell out of them. I am glad your in PA, and i bet you voted for Obama.
