Avoid Urse Overland Park, KS	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Jul 8, 2010 Urse Honda rates a D- from the Better Business Bureau and deservedly so. They kept our car for a week, misdiagnosed the problem, didn't have parts available, charged us for the wrong repairs and sent us on the road. The car broke down again 10 miles later - exact same problem. Luckily, a small shop was able to correctly fix it. Urse is an independent dealer, so American Honda Inc will not back the work done by Urse. Avoid Urse Honda at all costs.

A bunch of attitude like "only a select few can get a Honda" and "we r very particular along with Honda" ... So went up the road n bought a new suburban. Urse salesman saw us out at mall few days later n bout crapped himself trying to strain to watch us with mouth open. Real di*# heads!
