Man charged in rental flap

This should be a warning to anyone who would use Craigslist!

Ira Ratner is a career scam artist having spent time in jail. He's lied about his military background, he abused his wife many times years ago. Florida police have a rap sheet on him a mile long. NO ONE SHOULD BE SURPRISED!!!

this is hilarious, i am currently living at that jetland place address and he is scamming people left and right for security deposits and rent, et cetera. would like to know more about his rap sheet in florida

I lived at the 22 jetland place address. The guy tried to extort money out of my parents. Scumbag.

It is past my bedtime, and to all, a good Night. Good Night Tippy and her fish and to the five Sam Brothers.

I am currently being prosecuted by Ira Ratner, and am thinking of counter suing. It is time this guy learns a lesson. If anyone can send me a character letter on Ira and a paragraph of your experiences with him my email is chrisschine@yahoo.com.

I know he is a crook. He scammed my daughter out of her sec dep and evicted her on the first of the month after he cashed the rent check . He is also a pervert who spies on his female tenants and is way to interested in every bodys personal business

Had the misfortune of knowing him briefly years back....his ex-wife is the sweetest lady, how she was married to him all those years, I will never understand. His poor kids and grandkids too. What a bastard! >:-(

Have reason to believe that this man is currently running a scam on an elderly woman he is staying with in Tampa, FL. With her mental decline she believes he has good intentions. Given his criminal background her family has contacted the police. If all goes well, she will be safe from harm & he will be in jail soon!
