What the city is doing to Mr Castro is a disgrace. BIll FInch and Attorney Samowitz should be investigated. THis amounts to legalized stealing. I wish the banks would foreclose on Finch and Samowits and throw THEM out in the street

make sure that this story does not die. Mr Castro MUST get his home back and Attorney Samowitz must be pressured to recind his confiscatory and unjust fees. Call Mr Samowitz and tell him what you think!

Call Mr Samowitz and tell him what you think! Today as I received my car tax bill I went for a drive and saw many expensive cars with decals from local dealerships and out of state license plates. How come BIll Finch is not going after them!

How come BIll Finch is not going after them! I wonder how many well connected people engage in this practice and I am talking about people holding elected or appointed positions with the government or the Democratic Town committee and how many people in public housing are also doing this. Take a walk past Harbor Towers in Black Rock and one quarter of the cars in the parking lot are registered out of state. This is an outrage and the city should throw these people OUT for committing tax fraud!

I believe you may be able to contact the US Marshals Service field office in BPT and ask them to take action. Bill Finch is answerable to federal marshals as well as the city constable. No one is immune to legal foes.

Unfortunately I doubt this is under federal jurisdiction unless we can prove income tax evasion or maybe RICO. All I know is I am sick of FInch's freinds getting away with not paying taxes while the city forecloses on a man's home for $50 and then allows a politically connected and incompetent attorney to whack the man with $3000 in fraudulent legal fees

Why has the Post dropped this story. It is disgusting how BIll Finch wants to seize this man's house over a $50 bank error yet his real estate buddies owe the city millions. The Post owes it to the public to keep the heat on the corruption in our city government

Bill Finch is going to be haunted by this travesty of justice until he leaves office. He forecloses on a man's house over a $50 tax bill yet his good buddy and contributor owes the city over $8000 just on that eyesore downtown that is supposed to be condos and is really an eyesore.
