1 Many people agree with you. He is dead, and soon he will be bury. |
You've not given any proof of his guilt. And you are ignorant of the way courts work regarding civil cases. Insewerance companies forfeit millions every year because it is cheaper to do so than to go to court. Take a celebrity like MJ and the lawyers will fall out of the to woodwork for someone making allegations but the defendant has to pay for his. A celebrity will purchase the best available. For a taste about legal proceedings, the short arm inspection of the 41st president cost tax payers $40 million. |
If I could prove it? Can you prove he is innocent..it's no on either end.I just have my beliefs..Maybe I am wrong and he is just an adult that was in his 40's that liked to have innocent sleepovers with little boys..Does it sound right to you? He is dead so the truth goes with him. |

I believe the man was stuck, in some ways, in the childhood he never had. I think he longed for the companionship of children, something he was robbed of during his own childhood. Actually, the truth still walks the planet. All these years and only two kids came forward. With convicted pedophiles the list usually grows with time. Once the word gets out numerous victims come pouring out of the woodwork. In both of these cases the kids came from rather seedy backgrounds with parents who seemed more intent on grabbing a piece of the pie for themselves as opposed to their child's well being. I can tell you from personal experience where a pervert attempted to interact with my girlfriend's little daughter and a little boy from our apartments this isn't the sort of thing you cash in on and go about your merry little way. With this instance there was no actual molestation, but just the thought of it had me in the woods carrying a broom handle with the intent to see to it this fellow never came back to my neck of the woods again. There is no amount of money on the planet that would have bought me off had the guy touched one of those kids. What kind of parent is happy with a monetary settlement for such an act? I'll be the first to admit I thought MJ was "different" all along. I've never been a fan of his music. I've thought that there were a few things he's done that were touched. His childhood and celebrity created him. That doesn't necessarily make him evil. If he'd molested one child he would have certainly molested many. It isn't as if he didn't have ample opportunity. Where are the rest of the victims. Don't try to lay any of that cretinous drivel that he sent his henchmen out to deal with them. That is just plain idiotic. FWIW, whoever made the comment that abused children usually go on to abuse as adults, you are misinformed. Many go on to lead as normal a life as one can lead after having someone make a mess out of your childhood. For many there is the commitment to not perpetuate. Some even become advocates against such behavior. |

And you know this - how? Got proof? No one know what happened for sure - expect the people who where there.
Hardly worth arguing with some folks. Never mind they can't see the difference between civil court and criminal court - the out of court settlement was civil court. The cost of litigation, not to mention the time and media attention to the whole mess makes going to court worse than settling out of court for a a high profile civil suit like this one. Insurance companies settle out of court on numerous rather bogus claims because the cost of going to trial exceeds settling quite often. Once again no one seems to appreciate the notion that settling on a civil suit doesn't negate the need for criminal proceedings. Only morally corrupt parent would settle for the money and walk away from the criminal proceedings if they really believed their child had been violated. |
