Oh boo-hoo, a free loader dodging his debts that HE freely signed on to. Another lawyer this country does not need! Maybe he should reach to "the one" and he will magically make it all disappear and then go on to the Ophra show and make an even bigger ars out of himself

Education should be free to all. Don't worry, only the good one can achieve it , but give everybody a chance to be educated, now getting a job on the field selected by a person it's another story, Only the good one can do it...!

This is insane! In a recession everyone has debt. This guy has spent a fortune on law school now he wants to work to repay his debts and they deny him that freedom to do so?? This is unconstitutional and will be reversed after his appeal.

It seems like the people calling this guy a "freeloader" are the same ones supporting the decision to deny him the adequate opportunity to pay back the loans.

Talk about a dark cloud following someone around. He should have been accepted immediately. He has more of a backbone than any other lawyer that is a member of the bar. How many people can say they could stick to such a dream and reach it while going through such adversity. The man should write a book about this and make enough money to pay off those loans and have a lot left over to live comfortably for the rest of his life.

I think there should be a law that a job cant be able to deny someone a job because of there credit. I for one had gotten into some trouble with finances but that never affected my job. This guy is trying to get a job and is being denied. how is he suppose to pay if he cant get a job i think he deserves a chance

Not paying an obligation is a lack of character. You signed up for something you should follow through. had student loans wrote: I think there should be a law that a job cant be able to deny someone a job because of there credit. He should do like Ted Kennedy did when he couldn't function as a lawyer - and run for the Senate.

the lawyers are being hit hard just like the rest of the coubtry, there is only so many fish out there and the big ones don't want to cut the fish any smaller. go to another state, they'll take you. connecticut is still in the middle ages as far as lawyers and prisons are concerned
