the5McCoys Saint Louis, MO	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #64 Nov 24, 2009 If you check the records all the tax money from liquor sales goes to Scottsboro (from the State)then it is supposed to be distributed between Bridgeport, Stevenson, and Scottsboro as they are the only three wet cities in Jackson county which is dry. What was the amount Bridgeport received last year? That would be a part of the audit which has yet to be published. It seems Bubba was all fired up about the audit until it was started then the whole thing dropped. Someone needs to pick it up and get it finished. Maybe the tax money from liqour could help pay for it.
