Local Photographers?

I was needing some fall photographs with me and my family. I'm just curious what local photographers were good, and which ones to stay away from. Please Help!!

there's a medical asst working at dr. fox's office behind the drug store in so. pitts, her name is Tracy, believe last name is CAGLE. she took photos of my son when he was one. the quality was as good as a professional but the prices were much cheaper. u mite give her a call. unfortunately, i don't have her info handy at the moment. i think her husbands name is BILL CAGLE, u can probably find it in the phone book in marion county. She has business cards, if u were to go to dr. fox's office and ask her for one. i was pleased with the results.

Samantha Meeks. Not sure on prices but her pics look really good.

Sarah Abney is the best we've used her and she is great.

I have seen some of the photos that Samantha Meeks has taken, they look ok at best. But when she tries to edit them does color enhancement they look really horrible. If ur friends with her on fb you can ones of herself after she did the enhancements she looks like she has a really bad fake tan. And steals ALL her ideas from other photographers, she has no pose & or scenery that is creative. But Sarah Abney is the best

dont use Pat Johnson. Her pictures are bad. not in focus, heads cut off at the top. she is trying to be a photographer because she is too lazy to work a real job. She has no training and not much knowledge about taking pictures. If you want good quality pictures stay away from her.

Samantha Meeks is crazy do not use her

I looked at her pic's on Facebook and they sure don't look professional to me. I would use somebody other than Samantha.

Try to find a photographer that has some type of degree for photography, if not make sure they are highly recommendable. It makes a HUGE difference. you can tell by looking at SAMANTHA MEEKS pics, i guess she thinks any idoit with a camera can become a photographer.

I do believe that Samantha is claiming to be a professional since she has a business page on facebook. Its a dog eat dog world and if neither one of them cant handle the criticism then maybe they should stay out of the business. Someone asked other peoples opinion about which photographers to use and which ones not to so it doesn't make one one two faced for stating their opinion. And if Samantha wants to make "her own way" maybe she should go take some classes. Hell we know she has the time because she never has her son its always Tina watching him because her and Andrew only want to "play" house and not take any real responsibility.

sarah abney is a professional she has a studio in jasper if you want good pics just use her

Try Sherri Reed she is in Bridgeport area she did some Senior pictures for a friend of mine and they where AWESOME
I am gonna use her if she is still around next year for Senior Pictures and she also has a Facebook page. Good Luck on your search
