What do you think about Nicole Condra?

she's a little harsh trying to get Beckys job. I hope she dont there will be alot of people to quit.

WHATEVER. nicole is a good supervisor, at least she stays on the floor, & knows whats goin on. unlike becky did (she stayed out in the warehouse smoking)..and if people quit, then let them, it prob. means they are not doing thier job anyways, because nicole doesnt say anything to anyone unless thier not doing thier job. just because she is 23 doesnt mean people doesnt have to respect her. thats her job!!

..and another thing..nicole isnt trying to get beckys job..im SURE nicole didnt put cancer in beckys body...OKAY...

Yeh nicole used to say "you can smoke just don't let Pat catch You."and now that Beckys not there she's putting people on level 3.She needs to quit worrying about people smoking and worry about her steroid using meth head ass husband. It aint like people don't notice his bulging eyes.

Thats what Nicole says when she lurks around those frames like she's crazy i caught you? They better hope OSHA don't come up in there for them not caring whether or not we get a break. We cant be on nobodys job talking.We have no place to sit down we cant read or look at a magazine pick up our phone to see what time it is even though we dont get a signal and to not get a break it sounds like that sweat factory wants us to stand up and work for 12 hours straight. You have to go and tell Nicole your hot and you feel like your going to pass out and you need a break and then she'll come give you one but no one else gets one and you shouldn't have to beg for a break they need to put us back on 2 frames and give us a break reliever.And to YADDAYA trick we put out more when Becky was there then we do now for her not staying on the floor we put out a hell of alot more.Since we dont get a break i dont think that anyone really cares anymore.

She's gonna have to but her a new pay of wheels i think she done burnt the rubber off her shoes last night walking around in circles trying to catch people smoking i think she left some skid marks back at the creel.If we pay that high ass price for smokers insurance then we should be able to smoke.As long as we do our job i done see why it should matter.I hope OShA does go up in there and blows the top off everything that's going on.

How would you know she was out in the warehouse smoking?I bet you were out there smoking with her wasn't you.Now that she's not there you wanna talk junk. You ought to be ashamed that you didn't have the balls to bring this up while she was there you gotta wait for her to go on leave. 75% of the superbra operators are so damn 2 faced because i know for a fact that she's saved alot of your asses.And now you wanna get on here and belittle her.You tell them something and they go straight to Nicole and tell her but yet you say"She's my friend and everything but," and talk shit about her and then run and tell her every little thing trying to suck her ass.Nicole is 2 faced too so don't think that because she's nice to you she's your friend she'll suck all the info she needs out of you and do what she can to put you on level 3 your best to just smile and walk on and don't tell her shit let it come back and hit her ass hard.

ok i use steroids n meth lol some people are so stupid.. maybe if i used steroids i wouldnt have to work my ass off in the gym and seem to be getting nowhere...and meth ha/ha thats funny also i'll take a drug test anytime for anyone how about you can you pass one....and its funny how you hide on here and talk shit with a fake name if you feel theres something you need to say about me or to me come see me and we'll talk about it.....and nicole does her job what she is paid to do if u was doing yours you wouldnt have a problem with her doing hers,everyone new when they hired in that beaulieu is a smoke free facility and you still took the job and agreed not to smoke there so why is it a surprise that you are getting in trouble for it ...and nicole has no intentions of taking becky's job. she is the fill-in supervisor and thats what they do is fill in when a supervisor is out..and im pretty sure when becky comes back she's not gnna let you smoke either considering she is battling cancer...so grow up,do your job, and there shouldnt be a problem...

what if i did smoke with becky?..that means SHE LET ME..and shes not supposed to. she is a supervisor. so if nicole is busting people. then O-WELL, thats her job. if pat or s-o was to walk in and catch people smoking, then that would be nicoles job.. and im sure she doesnt wanna lose it over someone smoking. UNLIKE some people. go ahead and bash her. she does what shes supposed to. as far as breaks. if u people have time to smoke, guess what.. THATS A BREAK..and noone is talkin bout becky behind her back..ive said it b4 and ill say it now..shes not a good supervisor, she stayed in the office or the wearhouse. never on the floor. and as far as production. im SURE were making more pounds with nicole, because nicole fix's stuff, as for becky you can tell her something and she sits in the office.and no im not sucking up to nicole, im just staing facts. if you people didnt smoke, then you wouldnt have a problem with her. its not her fault. she doesnt make beaulies rules..

Nicole is doing the job, and OSHA is already there, since november. They work there. you get 2 15 min breaks and 30 min lunch every 8 hours. as for the other four do the math. If you get a write up, and your doing your breaks correctly take it to the dept head, if they turn the other way, go to the labor board. i oay attention to wats up in heatset also so make sure u are in the right before u go burning down bridges. A whole lot of stuff is not right aound there. If u know me, please keep it 2 yourself it will be to your benefit.

read the labor laws. Alabama is one of those states that can work you without a break. Yes all 12 hours. So be grateful you do get breaks.

It's not Nicoles fault we don't get breaks we creel a frame in a half and we are to break each other but no one wants to do it, but me jennifer and darlene have been getting breaks but i think it would be better to go back to how were doing it creeling two frames with a break reliever but im fine with giving each other a break but you have to have at least 3 people willing to work together.
