why does everyone keep saying he is doing such a great job .all he is doing is kicking everyone out hell anyone can do that there is more to managing than that like keeping his tenants happy and keeping tenants and making the place nicer but instead that place looks like shit there is trash every where , there is a burn pile on the lawn ,and he is kicking everyone out soon normandy will be an empty ,run down apartment complex , just another eye sore for bridgeport..and of course im sure mr hardin that did so well will be out of a job and the owner will probably be filing bankruptcy..

I think people do the best they can do with what they have to work with. But from what i have heard nothing but trash lives there.

Do you live there,because you must be trash to be talking like this.Now you have pissed some people off,there are some very nice people that live there you must be one of them that don't have to struggle to make ends meet,I have great friends and family that lives up in there and make ends meet I'm sure if they could live in a nice house or trailer they would but alot of them have noone so down yourself and not them because you are a piece of grap for saying things like this.

If those apartments shut down where will you live? I have heard you have been evicted form every where you have lived.

people can hide behind this computer an say all they need to say but please lets leave,names out of all this it is so damn childish,everyone has a pass weather good or bad,some people would like it left alone and have a new begining but it seems that they gotta keep on grow up hell,i should be the one talking about normandy,but it is not worth the grap because they will pay in the long run,i think that i did a great job with what i had to do it with,i was hired to clean an paint the apts,an keep the grounds up, i got hurt an i got fired,an they took food from my kids mouth but you no what it's all good,

I live at Normandy. I KNOW why you got fired. Insubordination! You can't cuss your boss like a dog and not expect to get fired! You made a habit of running your mouth when you should have kept it shut. And you have to pay your rent too. You don't pay you get evicted. I only pay $32.00 a month. And you told me that is what your rent is, and your behind! I don't understand why you think Mr. Hardin is taking food out of your children mouth? Your big mouth seems to be doing a good job all by its self. Connie your my friend. You have got to learn to control your temper and think of your children. Why don't you get a job and be productive to waste oif a human being? You can afford a computer, but you pay $32 a month for rent? You must be plainol trash who is to sorry to work. Do you sell meth on the side or steal? You must bne a nobody, an burden on all of us people who do work. I get up every morning at 3:30 and have to go to work and do construction in the cold freezing weather, and out in the hot sunshine or rain, while you park your big fat ass up in Normandy living for nothing. You should be put in jail you big piece of s@*t waste of a human being.

All low rent projects should be closed. I hope Bubba will close all of this free housing and get the trash out of bridgeport. Let em go somewhere else to live and sell the drugs. All of you people who live in the Federal projects are just plain ol trash.

Federal assistance is supposed to help low income people and give them a place to live. Can you imagine what this country would be like if all these people were put out on the street? In Bridgeport alone there would be two or three hundred people out on the street. The Housing Projects are full of elderly people who have worked all there life and this is all they can afford. The projects all so have young women with children who would have no place to go. Granted, there is also some abuse of the system that goes along with trying to help the the people the system was designed to help. Sometimes "boyfriends" move in with these women, and sell drugs. Or they move in on there grandmothers,or mothers, aunts, uncles, girlfriends, and abuse the system. This why close monitoring by housing personnel is essential. And when residents cover for each other or are scared to tell because of retaliation, its harder for housing personnel to do there job. I don't think we can run these people off. "The poor will always be with us" I've been reading about the manager at the Normandy Apartments. Mr. Hardin seems to police his apartments well. He uses the Police Department to help him in this task. There have been several major drug bust there. He catches a lot of flack on this site for evicting the bad guys. I think other Apartment Managers could learn from him.
