Well hot rod what was “ol’ Scooby” supposed to do slap the whiskers off the” lil old man” and get himself fired too.“ol’ Scooby” didn’t get the “lil old man” fired the “lil old man” got the “lil old man” fired himself, if employee’s were allowed to lay hands on members of management in anger it would create a hostile work environment for all members of management. It was clearly WRONG to ask the “lil old man” to run 12 positions for 9 of the 12 hours but that was Ricks decision, not “ol’ Scooby’s” and did not warrant a hostile attack on “ol’ Scooby”. Billy was one of the very few hard working operators Beaulieu has and has always work hard on overtime, A shift will miss him as much as C shift but that type of behavior cannot be tolerated unless it is Mike Phillip’s. Now, Scooby had nothing to with Mike Phillips not getting fired when he chased a man around the department trying to beat the crap out of him. That decision was made by the incompetent idiots upstairs. Scooby may have spoke for him and probably did but one thing we’ve all learned is that Mike Phillips kisses ass better that anybody I’ve ever seen. That lazy ass self centered no good piece of shit has them all fooled.
