They won't be getting any more of my business after how pitiful the food and service was the last time I was there. The only good Ruby Tuesday's I've ever eaten at was on Cumberland Avenue strip several years ago. I don't know if the place is still there or not.

Their prices compared to the portions is high. The last two times my family of 5 went there the bill was over 60.00 and the food was terrible. The kids hamburgers were cold and hard, the fries were cold. The order of chicken tenders on the adult menu had 2 tenders, that wouldnt fill up a 3 year old. The steak I oedered was cooked wrong, first time was ordered medium and came out bloody, ssent it back and it was like a piece of charcoal. That was the last time we went there and I sure dont miss it. Also took the server 15 minutes to refill my tea.

Haven't been to Oak Ridge Ruby's in years -- and never will go back. Food sucks, service is terribly slow and horrible. Original Ruby's on the strip in KNoxville had great food and great service. That's what happen when you try and make a great concept into something it isn't. Oak Ridge has horrid eateries. Hopefully, Aubreys will hire better quality wait staff
