I will never understand why people knowing drive without having some type of car insurance. Espically when they have teenage drivers yea I know times are tough but that is so wrong to drive knowing if you hit someone there is no insurance to take care of that person or a passenger you may have with you causes lots of grief espically if the person with you ends up in the hospital injured badly cause those hospital bills must be paid it is the law wish some of these parents would get a clue and be more responsible or keep your kid off the road
