Penn State is not a good football team, and neither is Ohio State. Tressel can only beat average teams, not anyone of stature outside the Big Ten.
Tressel played that game as whole, not to lose, and if remains as offensive coordinator they will continue down the same path.
I do agree they have a pretty good defense until they play a more diverse team that will take advantage of their two slow linebacker's.

Just wondering if Ohio State is going to have temporary lights set up for this game. With a 3:30 start time, it seems iffy that they would be able to get the game over before darkness sets in, and thats not counting the possibility of OT.

Charlie, thanks for the original in depth analysis. Did you copy and paste that from the Sept 12th U$C game blog? U$C linebackers were standing around with their heads up their A##, when Oregon spanked them for 40 points. Then Oregon turns around and looses by 50 points to Stanford. Hope you don't fall too far in the polls after this Sat.

It was just a few seasons ago Ohio State looked down their noses at the Rose Bowl......
Now they're hoping they might get there...

Shows how little you know. I would be ashamed to say what you said. Check the proud winning tradition of The Ohio State Buckeyes and the 7, couunt 'em natonal championships.

A really good game would be The Buckeyes vs Central Ohio Highschool Champions..

Of course the Highschool team would have to play with just 10 guys on the field, to give The Buckeyes an even chance....

2 losses and a trip to yet another BCS game is not too bad for a "rebuild" year, huh?

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Gemini

If you're currently keeping something secret it will really start to prey on your mind today and you'll worry about blurting it out at the wrong moment. It's one of those days in which you're absent-minded and completely wrapped up in your own thoughts. As a result, it will be hard to concentrate on anything else and this won't go down well in certain quarters.
