I am in total agreement with Anita. I too Support Mahoney for Reelection as Sheriff of Transylvania County. He and his staff have lower our crime rate..the lower the crime rate, the safer we are!! Mahoney is educated, experienced, and knowledgeable. Please support Mahoney.

I voted the first day of early voting for my candidate. Mahoney has done a outstanding job the last 4 years as our sheriff.

No way would I vote to bring back the buddy knows somebody treatment to this county. Mr. Mahoney may not know my name but he did more in his first month of office to deal with drugs and corruption in our county than than any previous sheriff I can remember. I also have great affection for former sheriff Bobby Orr however our community has outgrown the buddies system and as a citizen who is very concerned I do not want it back. Mr. Brown can not handle his own personal issues but, perhaps he can help me find loop hole my family can use? As for Mr. Brown's team experience my personal experience with them has shown them to be hot and cold. Hot when you think you need them cold when you do. I prefer the team of Mahoney that just state the facts. I prefer someoone with experience of handling a budget and using the expertise to make us a better community.

I agree with all comments about the fact we would step back in time with Hubert lets forge forward with Mahoney. Too many skeltons in The Sheriffs office prior.
