They need to hand out copies of this story to all the people who go to Squantz Pond. Maybe shift the crowd over there.

The moment after I read the article I knew there would be that group who couldn't comprehend it once they saw "Spanish".

of the long list of everyday knowledge that is not their strong suit, geography's gotta' be near the top!

Compounce is too small and outdated to make any real money. The rides are fair, the beach is bad, the food poor and the prices high. They will probably tear it down and put in one of those European style hypermarkets that makes Costco look like a snack shop.

NOOOOOOO!! The one's that go to Squantz Pond dont have to pay...thats why they come. When there is a price to pay, they won't come. Funniest thing I have seen is a group of those New Yorkers, posing in front of the meat counter at Shaws for a group photo.
