About time. This Andrews guy has been a menace forever. He has been arrested and jailed at least 6 times over the years even spending some time in San Quentin. Each time the offence is a bit more serious; he spends a bit of time in jail, and behold, there he is back in Castro Valley.

Why is he released so soon each time he gets himself in trouble? His crimes are esculating and he always run from the cops. Someday he will hurt someone in a chase or worse.

This is a rude comment, that is uncalled for..what is in the media is not always correct and if you don't personally know the situation you need to keep your mouth shut and keep your comments to yourself. People are so quick to judge someone that they don't even know.

If it's true that he had previously been arrested 6 times, then I think I can judge him at will........

But hey, that's just me (and any other sane/reasonable person).

How do you know he is a gang banger or a crack head? Maybe he is a METH user or a pill head and or just a career criminal. Do You have a copy of this individuals criminal rap sheet or are you trying to blindly profile this individual?

The issue is this CRIMINAL was caught period!!!!

I admit he hasn't always made the right choices and he is no saint, but he does have a good heart and just wanted to get out of the situation to be able to see his daughter born...it may have not been the right way of doing so, but that's all he wanted was to be there to see his first child born...he's learning his lesson the hard way by not being there...but he was never in a gang, has never hurt anybody, and has never been in trouble for something serious like that...it's def not something to say he should be shot over..he should be in trouble for what he did yes, but still be able to see his daughter, that could be the one thing to change his life around...and every parent should be able to see their child and not killed over something like that...I think it was god who made things happen the way they did..unless I've known him for most of ur life and are having his child ur negative comments arnt needed...

Basically, why didn't he stop when the police ask him to?

Oh wait, it's all OK.......because he has a "good heart".

Fine, let him go.....can we also check all the jails in the US to see if there are any other people with "good hearts" that we can let go?

Daily Horoscope for May 18

Cancer

Love could catch you by surprise today. You might be strongly attracted to someone who isn't your usual type at all but who makes your knees go weak all the same, or you could get caught up in an illicit relationship that's exciting because it has to be kept a secret. If you're already involved with someone they'll need plenty of freedom and won't appreciate feeling emotionally tied down. You need to let them off the leash for a short while!
