former asp worker Baton Rouge, LA	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #22 Dec 24, 2011 There is a flasher up millcreek i worked for A.S.P. for a couple of summers when i was in college I am from the area and our volunteers would sometimes wake up early and go jogging up millcreek, they kept telling me of this flasher so i took one of the girls up the holler and she showed me where he lives he is a deaf guy last name Day, I called Eddie Hatfield and Eddie caught him at the service center and Brenton and told him he needed to stop ect... he would even be out in his yards some morning
