I have been following local sports for a long time and have seen many fine baseball players over the years but no real super standout in Bremen. We may have one in our midst. Who knows, but I think this years team may have a chance to go very far in the playoffs

I know there have been several all state player and several that went to college on partials. Trent Gable was a good one; saw him play rec ball, graduated late 80's I think. Good bunch of ball players came out of that team. You are right, this year ought to be another good one for Coach Clark. Lot of talent on this upcoming team.

Trent Gable graduated '87. Jeff Jones was the best I ever saw. I mean, he could slap the leather clean off a baseball and was a great catcher. John Stanford was another good one!!! Jay Wade just signed an Auburn scholarship today to play baseball.

I don't think Jones even started his senior year, is this a joke?

What does that have to do with the fact Jeff Jones was a good baseball player? I don't think the thread says who is/was the best baseball player that...played every game of every year in high school. I thought he was great. That is all that matters. This is my opinion. RIGHT? Start an argument somewhere else.

Oh, okay, I am sorry! Actually, shut the **** up you little tramp. Jones did not even play his senior year, matter of fact, I don't think he started on any team at anytime. I was a year behind him and never remember him stepping on the field in anything. Unless of course, the competition was chugging golden grain at the farm and lighting himself on fire. Nice.

You know what, I was wrong. It was not Jeff Jones. It was Jeff Jackson. I apologize! I had my names wrong. However, I am not going to shut up and I am not a tramp but I do appreciate you thinking my love life is so prolific.

Jay Wade. He has the combination of a 90+ mph fastball and is a very good pitcher, and also crushes the ball. Johnny Barrett, Neil Hannah could also be mentioned but Wade is the best.

Unfortunately, I don't get to many games anymore. But I do know this. Coach Clark must be doing something right. He has a solid record. He DOES NOT get enough props!!!

Coach Clark is a great Coach. HE had his 300th win this year. I think Bremen is very lukcy to have him as the Coach.
