From having lived in Cullman for 8 years i can say this,Cullman is a very backward ,podunk town full of ignorant trailer Trash types (Even by Alabama's low standards which is saying a lot),most of the women of Cullman County have nothing to fear regarding rape because they are either ugly as hell or fatter than a butterball or both!
