Did you even read my whole post above ?
Many years I have made less than most of my employees.

I've been thinking about selling the business to the employees.
2X profits 0 down 6.5% 10 years, then they could be their own Evil Rich Guys.
Get this,... they won't do it !!
They don't want to take the risk !!
They want me to take all the risk and pay them all the profits.

Sometimes I think I should just fire everyone and retire.
I do have tons of work and risk for very little reward.
You sound like a smart guy, want to be your own Evil Rich Guy ?
Work your ass off for 30 years, risk everything you have every day,
but the upside is, you get to be called an Evil Rich Guy.

evil rich guy--why go so far? i understand being in business is to make money. but when these business owners across america are makeing great money and only want more so they cut wages and benefits that is flat out evil.i see it happening and hear it happening across america. what makes it so dumb is that these rich people dont get it when the working class makes less they dont buy the american made stuff from these rich people they buy china or mexico made stuff so in teh end this will also hurt teh rich when we get to teh point where no working class person can afford to buy american made stuff. then what rich greedy person.wake up america goes as teh working class goes. and right now the wroking class is being shoved into poverty levels by teh greed of thr rich in america.

evil rich guy--you know you will never get what i am saying. i do however get what you are saying.i get taht you take alot of risk an dthat yes you are in business to make money. that said if a employee group isnt well payed and happy your business is doomed anyway. if i am well payed and have good benefits i will do almost anything for my boss, to teh point of hurting my health. now if i am payed poorly i wont care a bit about the work i do and taht will hurt the boss alot. find any place that pays good wages and benefits and you will see that company is very prosperous. now a low paying place can do well also but in teh long run that will only hurt them. take a look at walmart they are teh worst employer in america they treat there people like slaves pay them terribly. the people that work at walmart walk around like zombies tehy give terrible custormer service yet walmart does good.why? because teh peopl etaht work for walmart and the rest of us working class people dont make enough to buy good products made in america so we go to china town walmart. by the way what type of business are you in?

I employed 9 guys, fed 9 families and babysat 9 workers. Life is better without the business and the employees.
