First off the owner has three little dogs that bark at you as soon as you enter the store and run freely. Not very professional. I brought in three rings and the manager priced them at a fairly decent price and stated they could even take the diamonds out. I was undecided and thought I should wait. I came back three weeks later. As soon as I walked in the door the dogs started barking and one of them bit my pant leg and put puncture marks in them. Again, very unprofessional. He apologized and I told him it was fine. I had him price the three rings and they came out quite a bit lower. I asked him why the price was so much lower and he responded with a nasty undertone like how dare I. He responded with the market had gone down. I told him that that was fine and he started to write up the sale. My fiancé asked him if they could take the diamonds out and the manager became very upset and said fine then no sale. When we asked him why he just snapped again. This gentleman if you could call him that was very rude, runs his business poorly and I would never advise anyone use his service for any purpose. I took my business to a dealer across the street and even they stated they have received several complaints about the manager and how he treats customers.
