A procession of mostly black and Latino youths snaked down Orange Grove Boulevard on Saturday afternoon, chanting slogans and holding placards demanding peace on their streets.

Bulls**t, only 1 out of every 100 mexians like blacks, they are rude to blacks, and have no respect for our culture. A silly march does little to solve the gang problem. They should have saved wearing out the soles of their shoes, sat in a circle and sang Kumbaya all day long.

What is needed is for the community members to support law enforcement officers. When they witness a crime by a gang member, the community needs to call to report the crime and be willing to have the courage to testify if/when called upon.
