So I was "fortunate" enough to see this accident first hand...I wouldn't say it was a "ghetto trolley incident," I would say that it was a bad judgement call on the drivers part. In any case...what's wrong with putting up a stop light?

It is possible that drivers in this town have no license or insurance, as San Diego is a town run by drug money; the cartels want the illegals to be left to do as they wish, while the citizen gets taken down town and booked for doing nothing. This way the drugs can be brought in without such a problem, as the SDPOA is busy busting law abiding citizens.

Perhaps the city mothers are paid off to look the other way, except when taxpayer money is used to feed, house, clothe, and pamper illegals so they stick around to harass the citizen.
Having had first hand experience with the judicial heresy here and the local government tyranny, I guess it is time to do some California Leavin and let the drug lords fight it out and pay of more officials.

DUDE, I live in Bankers Hill and I know where C street is. It is still a horrible trolley system.
