My family and I have spent a great deal of time observing both Senator Clinton and Senator Obama. We have read their policy proposals and compared them side by side. My husband attended an Obama rally and we both attended a Hillary townhall. More importantly, we have watched the evolution of both campaigns and we are not pleased with Obama's welcoming Republicans to change their registration and "Be a Democrat For a Day". Surely Obama knows that many of those Republicans will re-register with the Republican Party in November and vote against him. These are tactics that undermine the Democratic Party and we strongly disapprove.

Hillary Clinton is the best choice for the American people, and also for the international community.

I agree 100%.

People like Hilary Clinton are not born every day. She knows what she is talking about. Hilary has class, she has style, she gives a great face to a nation. She is dynamite.

As far as I am concerned she is one of the most competent politicians on this planet.

The haters are just jealous of her because she outsmarts them all. The media in America are republican duds. Hilary is a much harder target for republicans to beat. So now they want to get rid of her first with a little help from Obama.

I don’t think Obama has what it takes to be a good president at this time.

Hilary Clinton = America's Iron lady with a heart. She combines heart and Iron perfectly.

I don't think Obama is a good speaker. His speeches are talk shows standards.

CNN is a duddy Republican network.

Thank you for standing up for what's best for America even at the risk of being threatened and challenged. I'm afraid the Obama campaign has taken to threatening dissenters and disbelievers and this is the most striking and shocking development out of the campaign that was supposed to unite us.

Anyway, there are millions of us Hillary supporters and we appreciate your wisdom. We too believe that Hillary offers the balance between effective commander during a time of war, and one who will help us rebuild a nation broken and divided by poverty, racism, sexism, and classism. No other candidate offers the balance that she does.

well said, let's get real people look at the records, not only legislative accomplishments but accomplishments over a lifetime, from law school work that led to foster parents having an easier time adopting children, to work getting special needs kids into schools, to fighting for equality of women while on the board of walmart, to reforming education and healthcare in Arkansas as first lady, to getting Schip as First Lady of the US, to visiting 82 countries around the world and negotiating refugee help in Kosovo to brokering conversations between Catholics and Protesans in Ireland and speaking truth to power in China. Then onto the Senate and health care for National Guard and Reserves. How about legislation that created a national program for teacher and principal training and recruitment and Hillary's use of the Senate rules to force the Bush administration to make emergency contraception, also known as Plan B, available over the counter.

Obama's website has NOTHING on reproductive healthcare, NOTHING, non-issue.

and if you are still concerned about her vote on Iraq, PLEASE look at her statement at the time

Thank you for your work! We to support Sen Clinton for her outstanding work on the Armed Svcs Committee, her firm and unwavering commitment to get Universal health care for our country and her determination that all Americans should be able to find work and afford college for their children. Sen Clinton has a foreclosure timeout and a freeze on adjustable rate mortgages so all of our home values will stop dropping. She is passionate about our issues and we support her as she continues to work for Americans every day.

Bread and circus type campaigning has distracted America from the real question: Who is able and willing to lead America now. An inexperienced candidate also has a line of people and interests just waiting to get a piece of them. Hillary Clinton is not only very intelligent and experienced, but the best candidate left in the race. I'm glad she's got the toughness that a woman needs to just survive in this country. She's a fighter, for at least 35 years. I agree with your endorsement!

I may not agree with all of Hillary Clinton's votes in the senate, but at least she consistently takes a stand which is real leadership, not like your opponent who votes "present" to avoid controversy. I guess some people like something other than real gutsy leaders. Thank you Representatives Symington, Keenan, Deen, Tina Fey, Ellen, Roseann, and Whoopi and all the 2.9 million nurses, congressional leaders, and military brass for seeing the real truth. Go Hillary 08

experience: she has none.

- White House: she didn't have clearance to be privy to Presidential and executive information. She doesn't have experience as President. "We are the President" is a hallmark statement of contempt for the office and the American people.

- conviction:??? Her positions change, her values change, she HID all she could from personally addressing the press until the heat was one. She is the least grounded of ALL the candidates (whether left or right, Dem or GOP), a flip-flopping politican surpreme.*Polls* are her values.

- ability: she's a terrible orator, a director and has the heart of a dungeon master.

We're hurting for quality in any party, but Hillary is bottom of the barrel when it comes to character and principals.

Well said! I too disagree with Obama's tactics. Apparently he has carte blanche with the media because he seems to be able to say and do anything without much scrutiny; which is why I do not trust him or his campaign.

HRC's run for the presidency, gives me hope that a woman might, just break the ultimate glass ceiling. Mothers will be able to tell their daughters, "You can be anything, you want, even President of the United States," and it will be true. Talk about change! Everything changes, if a woman becomes President of the United States. Perhaps, it will help to reduce some of the gender bias, that exists in the U.S., and around the world.
She is so qualified for this position. She knows healthcare, inside and out. Her policy work with healthcare and education issues over the years gives her a deep insight and committment towards improving the lives of people. During her years as First Lady of Arkansas, she was the first wife of a governor, who held a job. And, yes, she received bad press and criticism for doing this, but she kept doing it, anyway. She was the first female law partner in the Rose law firm. This was a first, in Arkansas. While she was First Lady of Arkansas, she worked to improve the education programs, and these programs exist today, and have been implemented in other states. She also did policy work for improving healthcare for children. Along the way, she has made mistakes, which I believe she has learned from.
Foreign policy issues are not foreign to her. She has served on the Armed Services Committee in the Senate, and has experience with policy issues. During her years of First Lady, she worked on improving human rights issues, breast cancer awareness, HIV/AIDS research, which gave her the opportunity and experience of traveling to many different countries, and interacting with all levels of people.
Most of all, she is tough, and knows her own mind. The gender bias she has faced during this primary season has been mind boggling, but she keeps focused and working towards her goal.
People talk about her being divisive, but during her senate work, she has worked across party lines, and has earned the respect of her fellow senators. It is important to realize the good work she has done. She has demonstrated her competence many, many times.
This gives me inspiration and hope for change. She has been a change agent, her entire life.

Daily Horoscope for February 12

Gemini

Nothing will appear less attractive to you than the predictable today and that which was acceptable yesterday will seem tedious. Try to deliberately court people and activities that will inject some excitement into your life and exercise that bright intellect. It could well be someone you meet when you undertake a new challenge that will add a sparkle to the day.
