He was a registered sex offender that should have been kept in jail long ago. There should be a gas chamber in the court room so that when he's found guilty they can dispose of him right away.

No my barely literate friend, I was being sarcastic. I would like to see them decriminalize it so that my tax money isn't wasted on housing non-violent offenders and stepping up sentences for people that do harm others. That was a jab at Net Guru because I've come to understand his politics leave no room for reforming laws that do more harm than good. For him, once it's illegal that's all there is too it, and nevermind that they have to let a few violent offenders out every now and then to house all the potheads and pot dealers.

Pots illegal. I have no problem with people going to prison for it. Weak minded people use drugs. End of story.

Even if it means that freaks like the one in the story get paroled left and right to make room for casualties of this ridiculous "War on Drugs"?

And diabetics, arthritics, cancer sufferers, etc...these are weak-minded people because they want relief? The latest big study suggests that marijuana could help people deal with and get over their PTSD much faster than without...I suppose they are weak-minded to begin with in order to have been affected by whatever horrible trauma they went through, and even weaker to want to do something positive about it? I guess when the FDA puts their stamp of approval on a drug with a list of side effects longer than the Godfather trilogy that's OK...but yeah, marijuana the medicinal herb put here on this Earth by whatever benevolent force you choose to believe in, is only for the weak-minded. Personally I believe the closed mind is the weaker mind, and the open mind is strong and full of possibilities.

Don't you dare try justifying your addiction by throwing in cancer patients needs for relief with your illegal addiction and breaking of the law. Medical marijuana is perscribed and I have no problem with that because it's LEGAL at that point for that particular user. I freakin love you delusional drug apologists that want to try to make yourself feel better about your illegal activity by hiding behind the people that actually need it for medical purposes. Codine is used for medical purposes also but junkies don't buy it to relieve pain do they. 99.9% of pot users don't have cancer. Instead they just try to make themselves feel better about it by saying things like cancer patients use it.

My addiction? Excuse me, I didn't realize you actually knew me. And people usually only need to apologize for things they do that are wrong...in that they harm others. So even if I did toke up I wouldn't feel the need to apologize to anyone for one split-second of my life.

I freakin love all you delusional law apologists that want to try to make yourselves feel superior by talking about how it's illegal and hiding behind the law when it comes to a substance that's constantly PROVEN to be less dangerous than legal booze and many OTC medications that are commonly abused. Laws are used to keep us safe sometimes but fascists don't really use laws for the greater good do they? Instead they try to make themselves feel better telling everyone they are keeping them safe while the real purpose of the law stems purely from greed.

And you are probably a little off these days with that percentage, but I'd be willing to say 90% may not use it for cancer OR OTHER LEGITIMATE PURPOSES, but they also aren't killing, raping, molesting, assaulting, robbing, blackmailing, extorting, committing fraud, or causing harm to anyone (except maybe their gut and to some extent their wallet.) So where do prison sentences fit into this? You do understand that the basis for making it illegal stems from racism in the early 20th century and William Randolph Hearst's million dollar paper interests, right? And that's just OK with you?

Why should we keep everyone in jail, I guess if these victims had stayed in jail they would not have repeated so many times and the family might know where they are, right?
The victims found on the property have many visits to the court system, many more than Sowell who served 15 years for attempted rape and came out with good comments on the public release paperwork. The victim list will grow but this public information was found in the Cuyahoga public infosite;
Tonia Carmichael, 1978 grand theft, 1982 concealed weapon, 1987 theft with specs, 1995 theft with violent specs, 2000 unauthorized motor vehicle, 2002 theft and burglary, 2003 premitting drug abuse, 2005 drug possession and soliciting.

Telacia Fortson, 2001 attempt drugs, 2001 possession, 2003 possession, 2008 theft and aggrevated theft

Tishana Culver, 1999 attempt possession, 2000 drug possession, 2000 drug possession, 2001 attempt possession, 2003 possession and trafficing and criminal tools, 2009 escape

Nancy Cobbs, 1995 drug trafficking and criminal tools, 1995 drug trafficking and criminal tools, 2000 drug possession

Amelda Hunter, 1986 forgery, uttering, recieving stolen property, theft, 2001 drug possession, 2005 drug possession

Crystal Dozier, 1997 attempted drug possession, 1998 drug possession, 1999 drug possession, 2000 trafficking cocaine, preparation of drugs and drug possession

Janice Webb, 1982 receive stolen property, 1986 theft and attempt, 1991 drug traffickingX3 and criminal tools, 1992 weapons while using drugs, 1992 drug abuse, concealed weapon, 1997 possession of drugs, 1998 drugs, 2003 drug possession

Net guru, there you go with that " drug apologist " phrase again. I've seen you post ALOT on EVERY topic this sight puts in front of you, and you seem to be of reasonable inteligence but then we get back to the drug issue and all thoughts of your inteligence are lost. You say that you've never even smoked pot before but criticize the hell out of it as being SO wrong because the law tells you it's so wrong. I know what you'll say, "I've never killed anyone either, wrong is wrong". That fact is, YOUR WRONG on this one pal. Keep posting about this topic though, your idiocracy about this topic brings much humor to my bowel movement breaks.

How archetypically appropriate is it that an argument in defense of pot smokers is made with the literary prowess of a person under the influence of drugs.

Hint: Google "Sarcasm".

The reality is nobody yet has known if these bodies were murdered there or people collected from the streets nearby, this is a community where family values have eroded from having the nations highest ranking school district to 3d and 2nd generation careless culture, the families do not report missing children - the police had to plea with folks to get dna to get some info on who these bodies really are - can you imagine the family values of the folks who just discovered their girl 4 houses away missing over a year and they never reported it. If you think having drug infested people run thru your area robbing innocent people at gunpoint and killing them to feed the drug habit is OK, you are the definition of how this area decayed so bad, please do not procreate and teach these horrible family values to any young people.

I wish you luck in your endorsing these values and remind you the first victim mentioned has drugs and soliciting, victim 7 soliciting after testing posative HIV, these were only after being caught and convicted, with the string of robberies, drug possession and weapons charges I do feel safer with these citizens taken off the tax payers expenses of incarceration and feel better about my kids not having to face them on the way to school and visiting friends, this things uncovered in this area should be taken to the health museum and shown in the drug abuse area with large plaques indicating when you feed on drugs for 10 years steady this is likely the end result", fine print "stay closer to your family especially your children so this does not happen", it is a scary thought the children left from these discoveries are being raised by the mother that permitted this behavior the first time.

You know DA STREETS, I have to agree with you. Not only did you make a valid point by showing all of their convictions but you also pointed out that our streets are much safer without them. It sucks ( actually really sucks ) that they died how they did but everyone of them were on a path of selfdestruction. Why are we surprised thay any one of them were found dead? That's what this type of lifestyle leads to. I bet if their family wouldve known what their fate was gonna be,they wouldve tried sometimg else to get them on a somewhat straight path. Their families can't be too surprised that they ended up dead in some crack house when obviously they knew the type of lifestyle they were leading.

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Taurus

Make a big effort to spend time with people you didn't see on Christmas Day, especially if they're older than you or are having a bad time at the moment. You're brimming over with compassion and empathy, which will be really appreciated by anyone who's on the receiving end of them. You're also in the mood to make allowances for people, and that will help enormously.
