Top government scientists on Tuesday warned that climate change already is wreaking devastating changes on the United States and will threaten Adirondack Mountain forests, the Atlantic coast and the Midwest.

A dire vision of climate change is one that looks at what will happen if the next rapid climate shift occurs during our lifetimes.

A dire vision of climatic catastrophe only exists in the minds of people with overactive imaginations, the types who still believe in ghosts, ghouls, UFOs and the tooth fairy.

Some of those who appear to believe in these visions, include politicians, who can see a golden gravy train passing and don't want to miss out on the bounty it contains.

We're being screwed because of a 1 ºF temperature rise in the last 100 years, with a promise that it "might" accelerate and become catastrophic.

It certainly is the best hoax/scam ever seen by mankind since god was a boy!
