I need to move to an apartment in Brandon. Can you please post comments about the various complexes in Brandon so I don't end up somewhere I don't want to be??? Thanks for your help.

Don't end up in Woddberry Woods, on Grand Regency Blvd. and Woodberry Rd.
Quite possibly the worst apartment complex. |

Plantation Key is another apartment you need to stay away from, their staff does nothing to keep the place up. It looks like a third world country around the complex.

Lakewood Place APts are really great thats where i live (really good prices in my opinion) whatever you do do not move in to WINDERMER APTs they are horrible

Indigo Point Apartments are a great place to live. Centerally located with residents who have longevity. And its affordable.

Would not recommend moving anywhere i Brandon because there are so many felons, drugs and gangs. Decent 2 bedroom apt $1200.

If you are on a fixed income the best place is LAKE KATHY its very affordable there are many people that live in that complex u would def need to be kid friendy and people friendly and enjoy being around diffrent types of backgrounds because the place is very mixed up, there very big space and the kitchen is a great size. i have lived there for 3yrs and will not move to another place intill i buy all the other apts are old and not fresh looking. if u need an expensive apt trust me its not worth it very small and toooo pricey. good luck
