While sex with a minor is offensive its not murder.

And Tamra is no Debra when it comes to looks...She shouldn't count that as being and easy win..

the judge was allowing what was permissable under law not to sentence her to ANY jail time for having sex with a minor. i find it rather odd that this could happen in todays world (i.e. the atty is the shit). tamra is a debra when it comes to looks!! she is hot!! u saw her mug shot but have you seen any other photos of her? i'm telling you now her atty will get this reduced down to just about nothing!!

Are you serious?? Tamra is NOT a Debra!! Not by a long shot!! And yes, I see her on a regular basis so don't even go there!! Geez! I can't even believe you posted that!!

Tamra looks just like her mug shot. Never liked her and then she does this which clarified my instints.

3. She took advantage of Tilley.
4. He got ripped off and confronted her.
5. Tamra gets drunk, Art does too.
6. She took matters into her own hands.
7. She shot three times.
8. She LIED about the course of events.
9. She is NO Debra Lafave, more like
Debra UNFave. Her low living has made her
haggard.
10. She is NOT going to get a slap on the
wrist and walk away from this regardless
of the "Stand Your Ground" law. She lied;
therefore, has no ground to stand on.

Just hang in folks, if she doesn't get what is coming to her in court, she will kill herself with her lifestyle choices. Hopefully she is stressed out over this. If she is still slutting around Tampa with her 'tell all' story, every 'client' she sees will give her back what she has given everyone else.

how do you know she took advantage of tilley? he has a history of helping "women in distress"?

how do you know he got ripped off and confronted her??

how do you know she took matters into her own hands, there were only 2 people there that night and only one can talk now!!

yea she lied at first, but before the cops left she told the truth. and an arrest 3 months later??

I would like to make a clarification here. "Just The Facts" in post #1254 is NOT the same person as in post # 1252.

The stand you ground rule has a LOT of gray areas. Typically it is when somebody is breaking into your house, somebody coming on your property and you feel that your life is in danger. Whereas Art & Tamara were staying at the same house when he was shot- it would be like a girlfriend killing a live- in boyfriend..the stand your ground wouldnt work too well in that case. If the atty wants to try that arguement, it will be interesting to see what facts he can bring to the table

and that's the beauty of it, it's gray. in fl. u can shoot someone in ur house if you feel threatened. did she feel threatened? only 2 people know that, and only one is talking. the lawyer is shit hot!!!! and so is tamra!!!

Very true Deena, it would have a complete opposite outcome. It doesnt matter how "shit hot" the lawyer is, he isn't the one on trial- and it doesnt matter really what Tamara looks like either (we all have our opinions). Debra LaFave didnt kill somebody- not saying what she did was right b/c it wasnt, but she didnt KILL somebody- regardless of threats, heat of the moment or just because, somebody is dead and there has to be justice served.

Anyone have any info about the court date tommorrow? Im off to the Pats game today...Squish the fish!!

The court records site is down right now Deena. This was a disclosure among Defense and prosecution. Trial will probably be in January but not definate. All I know

Delay, Delay, Delay....hmm...if she was innocent, wouldn't one think that this would be an open and shut case? The lawyer is not hot shit, the facts are in black and white. How is her lawyer gonna spin her flat out lie? "Oh, my client was scared." Bullshit. How is he gonna rationalize all the other lies she has told over the years? Sociopaths don't have feelings like normal humans, any psychology textbook will say that too, and that is why when they trot some solid witnesses up there during this trial, the jury and the "Just Me" types will have no other choice than to be silenced by the facts, not a contortion of them.
