Why did they let him go free? I know, but you can tell he belongs behind bars.

Yup, 20 years on death row just might do that.

Just another failure of our "justice system." They're still issuing concealed carry permits. Better get one while you can.

Not just the legal system ... also the bleeding heart liberal lawyers who are making big money getting these scumbags released back into society. I wonder how the defense attorney would feel if his family was the victim of this menace to society!

Sounds like this gentleman has anger issues. So, we can either put him in the corner for a 30 minute time out, send him to anger management classes, or just put him out of his misery. Shall we take a vote?

He started that fire back in 1986 right before I moved to Lima. He was, and I believe still is a British citizen. The case was a mess and the Brits were screaming about out death penalty. Somehow he got out, went back to Britian and got in trouble over there too. I believe it was assault on a family member. Just how he got back into the U.S is unknown.

This is EXACTLY what happens when a convicted killer walks free. They inevitably find a way to cause trouble because they cannot STAY out of trouble.These people have committed the worst of the worst crimes and should never be free again.Period.
Since he was on DR for murder of this 2 year old,he should have been executed and they just gave him a slap on the wrist because he pleaded no contest.
For shame!

Cost $2 mil to put them in a hole? We're obviously doing it the wrong way. Simply shoot them,take them out to the woods somewhere,dig a deep hole and finish it.Generalized costs itemized below and a hell of alot cheaper then 2 million.

$350.00- 2 officers to do the job
$ 1.00- bullet
$ 35.00- gas to drive where they need to go.
$ 8.00- Walmart shovel
$ 45.00- meal for both officers
----------
$439.00 total

Aquarius

Someone is confused and muddled today, making it difficult to talk for long without becoming equally bemused. Avoid making decisions or researching important information, because there's a strong possibility of getting crossed wires, or talking at cross purposes. A memory may also be distorted now, leading to mix-ups or bewilderment.
