i clean the tank put my fish in it and they all died now i have 1 fish left i was so sad i had my black fish for 3 years

i just used hot water then clear wndex and washed it out in hot water agian but just as soon as i put them in it they died now i just have one that is how i clean my other tank also so i dont know what happed
