I am the brother of Gary hogge, Edmond hogge Jr the individual that was charged with
setting the blaze at armory square apartments december 29th i believe, my concern is how after
telling the story of my brother to all attorneys and medical proffesional, that 2 months prior
to the accident my brother had conversations with his drs at mount ascutney hospital saying that his
medications were driving him nuts they were causing ringing in his ears that he couldnt handle
and that he was depressed to a point of no return I witnessed these calls personally,
they are on his phone records no doubt, he was crying to the chief of police saying his drs would not help him
and the chief jim cushions talked to them and there was no return phone calls, no appointments made
or anything else he was talking to animals and having dreams that would scare anyone to death
and he thoguth they were real, now after he was released from the hospital they took him to springfield corrections
where he woke up in his own feces and urine, what in the world is going on with our correction departments and our
medical proffesions if something isnt missing i dont no what to say, But i can guarantee this I will make sure I talk to everyone
possible to see what can be done about this because this is enuff to make any one sick, I could see trying to stick it to a criminal but he has no record of any kind
no felonys no misdameanors and the prosecutors are looking to hang him out to dry, thats pathetic thats all ive got to say
