Session will address improving downtown Milan

Why,oh Why would anyone want to invest in downtown Milan,Tn. when there is NOTHING downtown but a few junk stores. The Mayor of Milan and the Chamber of Commerce DOESN'T want want anything in Milan. Milan needed a by-pass around town 25years ago, but no, Milan was afraid is was going to loose a dollar by routing traffic around town. Look at the town of Martin,Tn. Great by-pass all the way around town, I don't beleive has suffered any ill effects from it. Wake up Milan, this is not 1960!!
