Swim rafts, floats in NH now require a permit

For the first summer ever the state Marine Patrol is requiring you to apply for a permit if you have a swim raft or float in any lake in New Hampshire.

Looks like House Bill 279 passed, effective Jan 1, 2006, REMOVING authority from the Div of Safety Services in making such laws for swim rafts. Now, let's get that authority removed for swim line permits as well...
