Ok so dogs are mans best friend, I love them ; but who in the hell lets their dog bark outside at 2 in the morning in a neighborhood in town? Seriously my household is awake , and not happy and can not get back sleep for nothing, this dog is an annoyance causing us to loose sleep for work and my children's schooling, we have told the owner,and he dose not give a crap, he just lets it wake us all up, the owner sleeps in until 10 or so every morning, then comes out all bed headed and gets the dog after 8 hours of all the neighborhood having to listen to it bark non stop. So glad he got his sleep being he has no job or schooling. Then you have another one on Thomas by the church as well with a dog that barks non stop and some people work thirds and these people could care less either. And the cops have made it clear ,they don't like to be woke up after they get off and go home to bed ; this city is out of control after the cops get off. I have seen trucks tearing up the neighborhood streets and dogs barking all night, teens drinking and running up and down the alley it's crazy. It's getting ridiculous.
