Either way the case goes, he had her and she is only 13 years old. It is really sad and heartbreaking and now she has been exposed to terrible things she shouldnt have been. He may be a good man and we all have our problems and troubles but this girl will have to deal with this for the rest of her life also.:( I just do not think it's fair those who are accusing her of lying or streching the truth. Plus I did not read anywhere that he is her father.... so where is that coming from ? No wonder stories get so exagerated.

North Georgia is amazing I've had a mountain house theresince 1994 in Morganton near Blarsville. The people there are really nice.It's so beautiful theertoo.I'm thinking abot heading up there today. This is innocent man. Guilty he is not. Very bad legal system.

If he was arrested for it, i'm sure he did it...mistakes are never made by the police and 12 year old girls never lie. If he gets out, i'm gonna hire him as my kids' babysitter.

If MCSO had found probable cause to arrest this man, I'd say the chances are prominent that this man is accountable. Child molesters are a disgusting cluster of human waste and they need to be dealt with harshly. The punishment should be so unsympathetic that the consequences alone just might make many stop and think. Something like the Colombian drug cartel uses to make their point. If found guilty, then brace the guilty one’s mouth open so it is impossible to close it. Insert a small but deadly snake in their mouth and the snake will find its way into the stomach. Then painfully brace the mouth closed………sit back and fill out the death certificate………..sentenced served!

Thats all I can say. And really sex offenders do not go around telling people what the did last night. And if anyone feels sorry for him let me ask you all something. How do you think these kids parents fell right now or worse yet the victims? Thats exactly how they get away with such horrile acts. I would like to think that I have never had a sex offender at my house for coffee but reality is you just never know. Thats why my children never spent the night with there friends. How the heck do we really know as parents what people are really like behind closed doors? I hope the victims are going to be over come this and yes I do hope the guilty is punished as he or she sould be.
