The mother sounds just as guilty. If there's nothing to hide and all is legal, then why was money and property transferred to her name. I say she's just as guilty, but just didn't get caught in the act by officials, yet. I'll bet the Attorney General isn't finished with her either. Adam, quit your crying. You'd still out there dealing if you didn't get busted. Save your tears for prison because if convicted, you're going to do some time. (I'm sure you will be, by what I've just read.)

Somebody snitched you out. It's probably someone who's in serious trouble and he or she is making brownie points to save their own ass. Think about it!

If I may ask, Bob, how were you changed by the time in prison? What direction is your life heading today?

I did one year in prison and 2 years on parole and I consider it a wake up call. I was using drugs along with selling them and if it wasn't for getting caught and doing time I would probably still be selling and using. I needed that year for my brain to dry out so that I could actually see the real world and see what a mess I had made of my life. You can't straighten out your life if you can't see what is wrong and had I not been forced to sober up I never would have realised what a mess I made of things. I am happy to say that I have been straight and sober since my release in 2001.

Sometimes in McKeesport people can be accused of actions they did not take. But if you did the wrong, then do the time. But overall, I question heavily the mother keeping any of that money, unless she is able to provide very valid documentation as to its sources.

I think they should begin taking some things away, and give the money to the departments that Corbett thanked for helping.

At the end of the attorney generals website, it does mention people being presumed innocent before guilty. Such is apparently never the case in McKeesport!

I think some police have gotten away with a lot in McKeesport, and a full investigation of the city and police themselves should be committed to. As it stands, we see a lot of corruption all over Allegheny county,

If Carlisle does not get jail time, I would frown on it, and call it favortism. This of how her attitute of smiling when she kept the tax payers money was ok, and now she does not deserve it.

Perhaps we should be telling Carlisle not to whine and take her time as the woman strong enough to risk and be capable of stealing a lot of monetary benefits from many innocent have lost out on city funding of programs due to her.

Think, somewhere, some program went without funds for someone in the deserving position to receive funds. Could have been a child, school program, perhaps some city workers pay, we may only conjecture.

Perhaps, she took a portion from the next corrupted official that is soon to receive "special treatment" in sympathy. Sympathy that seems to be given out because the officials pleaing for her have done the same, but merely aren't caught yet.

I think they need to be caught at hurting people, lying cheating stealing. When police do the same, why are they still held by repect from buddies? Perhaps the same "buddies" did a wrong, but only were not caught at doing it.

Appearances, we are able to tell in this day and age, are very fleeting at best. Credibility seems to remind me of Shawshank Redeption. The movie with Morgan Freeman and other well known actors, relaying of a true telling of a prisoner falsely imprisoned. People can say someone is wrong, but if presumed innocent, why then presume guilty. Welcome to Allegheny county, and stay out of McKeesport. If you hang about anywhere, you will be accused outright.

Victims are not allowed to speak at the magistrates in Mckeesport. Seems a immense loss of "civil rights" in McKeesport, but its a conspiracy outright. The police stand at the side of the judges booth and laugh at everyone, innocent guilty - does not matter. They laugh harder at people they know to be innocent, and crack jokes whispering to one another. During a case, whispering is allowed to the judge, if it can turn a case that is going proper upside down.

When police decide they are in trouble, they can always seek to find a loophole, in which they will try to "claim" they are not police based on a mere technicality:
http://www.dli.state.pa.us/landi/lib/landi/pd...

Police claiming not to be police!
How many people view deputy police as not police?

If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, accompanied by the actions of a duck:
Not a duck?:)

When its a criminal or wrong doer: serve your time, when a police is fround guilty, are they then not counted for crtiminals, or does a loophole keep wrong doing police from being considered such?

The workman pays the taxes, but only if your a workman vs. a policeman, perhaps your right are extinguished because you are of a so-called higher standing of up-rightness falsely so-called.

In other words, a worker is right (the union workers) until its a public official. All is works in the system, but remind yourselves, it is actually the officials that know all the loopholes around. If you knew all the laws the way the police do, I have no doubt better and actual indiviuals' rights would be upheld. Not only this, but all the lists growing of corrupted officials in Allegheny county.

Think for yourself: How many are held accountable? How many serve time? How long are the sentences as compares the public, when the same exact crime?

Lopsided standars ensue, but the rising findings of the so-called credible officials is changing, and therefore more of the publics outcry then will perhaps, we can only hope Lord willing, brings about the same justice that a citizen not a policeman would then receive.

We will need to look into things, to make certain all justice is "equal," and that is what we as "the people" can ask the most. It is not a lot.

And a follow-up:
http://www.aopc.org/OpPosting/CWealth/out/258...

Question: Are deputy sheriffs then in subject, police or not police?

Then you see, they let the issue go based on "collective bargaining."
Amazing, how bargaining plays an iportant role.
Perhaps all Adam then needs to do in his own situation is then to : Bargain.

He is the lower of the drug charge, and after all, had a police been involved, would they not be allowed to bargain?

Adam should be allowed the best possible bargain, and viewed as lesser of all charges. The other is the higher, the king-pin of the doings and all of the monies. Take the monies, and give it to the public, make someone truly truted and responsible the keeper of the monies, to be used for the people, by the poeple, and away from the mother - why should she be allowed to keep dirt money.

Hmmm.... I understand what you mean. I did some investigating on the case and it seems strange that all 6 felony charges for drugs were dropped by the prosecuting attorney and the judge. Also I found that he is in the Washington D.C. metro area in a computer software corporation, and relating to family, he's not the only one who works in D. C. for the governmant. Now that is what you call "SPECIAL TREATMENT" with all thanks going to the politicians, not even a slap on the wrist. Free to do as you please, even if it's murder. No wonder society is so corrupt.
