When I was young, in school we'd draw haunted house pictures. I used to draw skeletons hanging from trees.

Today, I would have been taken in for psychological evaluation.

If they went out of the way to make it look like a black man, this 'brother' would have a point. But the head is clearly white.

In another thread, someone got bent out of shape about people who dislike gays kissing in public.

I read this story... I have no pity anymore.

It not ok to be offended of gays kissing.

But it is ok to be offended by a tame halloween display. Like carey said, Palin was allowed to stay up. I wonder what would happen if someone would have done that to an Obama doll?

Um... Resles jus' guessin' here but it may be because Sarah's "lynching" went to court where a lawyer successfully argued that it was a first amendment issue, wheras the Halloween "lynching" was deemed inappropriate by the mayor - with no help from a judge - as soon as he began to hear complaints from the citizens so he could get his white ass elected again. Also... it plain to all that nobody REALLY want to hang Sarah, cept her husband and kiddies, n' her son-in-law, and the Alaskan people, however, it still very UNclear what you cracker intention is toward black folks? You have a history. It like a Jew in a Bavarian restaurant: on the one hand he want to ask you waiter what in the soup causse it so good? On the other hand, he don' want to know.

Maybe the ACLU will step in and fight for the freedom to display this unpopular artwork.

Take a deeeeeep breath, clear your mind, and try very very hard to grasp this difficult concept. Because it's one conservatives simply cannot seem to comprehend:

One was a display on private property.
One was in a public park owned by the government.

Tricky, I know...

I wouldn't think so, cause nobody really invested in the dolls so they no money to be made off this whole thing. In order fo' the ACLU to get involved somebody who on the doll's side got to complain, an' l'il Bobby Wesly who made the doll's fo' the Mayor don' give a shit.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Taurus

It's important that you leave yourself plenty of room to manouvres during the weeks ahead, as Mercury turns retro today, especially when it comes to making decisions and airing your opinions to the world. You need to be as flexible as possible right now, otherwise you could find that you've boxed yourself into a corner and have to do some serious back-tracking. You need to consider all points of view and not just your own.
