Give back the deposits on the units in the other 3 buildings not finished yet, he is allready paying a mortgage on them. He will own 3 of 4 buildings and will have control of the association and will be able to manage the property. If you will look in the Florida Division of Corporations and look up Adam and you will see how many assoc.'s that Adam and Sandy are on as Pres and V.P. these are properties that Ceebraid bought, converted and could not sell all of the units. This gives Ceebraid the ability to control each board thus allowing them to keep the management contracts. |

He cannot just give back deposits. He would need contract holders to want to terminate their contracts first.
The City should stick it to Adam and his cronies big time. Wouldn't surprise me if The Insider was Adam Boy trying to spin this whole thing his way. |

come on everyone - smarten up! Nobody needs a job in accounting or office management where you get your head kicked in all day by customers unless you enjoy screwing people. U people cant be that silly. Jobs are plentiful - who would need the stress. these people laugh everytime you hang up and tell them you are so nice and richard is a bad person.

Take the info for what it is check the facts out first, do your own research. No I am not Adam boy or anyone of that group. But I can tell you that I was close enough that I can tell you that Adam hates Danny and when Richard is gone and Adam takes full control Danny is GONE. And yes if you read all theses 74 pages you will see alot of people that would be willing to get out of their contracts. This is fact not a guess. As for Dorothy, you have no clue. There are not so many jobs avail out there, And I can assure you that she gets no enjoyment out of having to lie to people, I never said that she did. But it is not so easy for her to just quit. Some people can not afford to not have money just coming in while they look for other work. I own my own buisness, and work by myself, but was close enough to know how much work was done around the homes of Adam, Richard and Danny, by the good old boy club. |

Danny is no better than the rest, although he talks a good game, until you turn your back. Give me a break. no jobs out there? no money coming in while looking? most people find a job while they are working. Sandy is a real work of art, and what about crystal? she's learning fast. Don't forget, the little fish go down first. face it, these people are all culpable in screwing with peoples lives. |

I think what has been done is providing valid information when there has been a lack of it for so long. Given the fact that the city is not going to provide any extensions, I don't think Ceebraid is going to get the work completed in 9+ weeks, do you? There are so many things that are going to occur when the building permits expire...revision to condo docs, revision to condo docs budget, what happens to monies already paid into the maintenance fees? Can existing owners sell? Maybe insider has information as to the next step...? |

I was standing right there watching everything, legally unable to do or say anything. I am meeting with my lawyer to confirm my legal position now. As I stated before I have nothing to gain or loose by putting this info out anonymously, I can just go on with my life and watch it on the news. |

First I would stop paying the maintance to Ceebraid and pay them to the clerk of courts in escrow, charging Ceebraid with non compliance of condo docs. Second I would see if the owners of the first building can form their own assoc. taking control of their building, common areas and gated entryway. File with the court an ammended maintance fee schedule paid to the single building assoc. and when the clubhouse and pool areas are completed then have court order control of those areas handed over to the assoc. of the first building. Have the court order ceebraid to pay monthly to the assoc of the first building it's percentage of the cost for the gated entry area since that is the only amenity in place, and the percentage of cost for the pool and clubhouse when completed, and the cost was supposed to be spread out between all the buildings. Ceebraid likes to bully unit owners bragging how they own more of the property then the independant owners. I see no reason for Ceebraid to argue with these ideas except that they do not like to loose control, no matter how small. |

Insider, I believe you're credible. I am too. If I organize the owners in Bldg A, would you consider being a consultant in our effort to get out from under the Bully Tactics of Ceebraid? Specifically, to execute the plan you outlined above.

After all this why would anyone want to live here. Get your money back. This is a BAD investment. For the people that are in building 1 do what they say get together and put maintanence in escro until all work is done,which may not happen,at least with this builder. Good luck |
